Brilynbrook at Hobart has a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher,jug, toaster,sandwich maker,blender and all kitchen utensils, crockery, cookware etc.to cook whatever you please. The lounge has floor to ceiling window and glass door to deck which has a view that would be very hard to beat!- overlooks city lights and huge harbour.
It has TV,VCR,CD,DVD & Stereo along with sofas, tables, chairs etc. both for indoor and outdoor dining.
There are 2 bedrooms - main bedroom has a QS.bed and second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The laundry is concealed in the bathroom with new washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a bath, seperate shower and toilet. There is a carport and a visitor carpark which are both off the road for your own private use.
