3 luxurious guestrooms with large 2 person spa bath ensuites.

All rooms have the most panoramic 100km cliff views available, own private decks,air-cond and central heating,CD/DVD/Austar satellite TV.

Architect designed for maximum privacy (no common walls between guest bedrooms etc). Guest lounge also with panoramic views and open log fire.

Tariffs include cooked or continental breakfasts served to your room or deck. Weekend 2 night stays also receive the morning newspapers and a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Locality

Located right on the National Park, 2 doors from the popular Conservation Hut Cafe which marks the start of the finest rainforest and waterfalls bushwalks in the whole of the Blue Mountains, including Overcliff/Undercliff track, National Pass, Wentworth Pass, Valley of the Waters/Empress Canyon. This location has to be experienced to be believed!

The B&B is perched on the escarpment right at the start of the Valley of the Waters entrance to the Blue Mountains National Park, a bushwalking paradise literally on the doorstep of the B&B.
