Holiday house, Resort, Lodge

Elphicks Island Lodge is a gorgeous spot ideal for two or three couples to share,it is located in a beautiful, pristine,secluded,quite part of the river with very little passing river traffic. Included with the house is a BBQ Party Boat which can carry up to eight people on river cruises complete with it's own bbq and toilet for your comfort. Accommodation is air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen and linen is supplied. Fishing Gear,Canoes,Pedal Boats,& Aqua Cycles are also available for water based activities. Ample refrigeration & freezer space is available with all mod cons making this a perfect holiday retreat.

Locality

Travelling by boat the property is approximately 712 kilometers upstream from Murray River Mouth, or 145 kilometers upstream from Renmark in South Australia and 176 kilometers downstream from Mildura in Victoria.
The distance by car is approximately 78k's from Wentworth with travel time approximately one hour fifteen minutes, including 55k's dirt / gravel road. Wentworth is 25k's from Mildura or approximately twenty minutes.

Property

Property has a dry weather only clay Airstrip and all weather Helipad adjacent to the rear of house, with wind sock. GPS co-ordinates are 34*06.313'South & 141*17.997' East located approximately 30m above sea level and 1,100 m long on the north western side of the river behind the house. The airstrip runs NW-SE at approximately 310 / 130 degrees with windsock on the halfway down on eastern side opposite the house.
