Wave Rock Caravan Park is situated within walking distance of Wave Rock, set in natural bush surroundings.
This 3 star Park has 30 powered and 30 non-powered sites, and on-site vans, as well as a large area for coaches.

It offers a swimming pool, barbecue area, children’s playground and clean amenities, and an on-site caretaker is available 24 hours a day to cater for your needs.

The Kiosk offers drinks, icecreams, snacks, ice, a small range of grocery items, and the largest selection of Wave Rock souvenirs available anywhere. Bottled gas refilling facilities, satellite television and tourist information are also available.

We have 6 budget Park Cabins – self contained single bedroom units. Each unit can hold up to a maximum of 6 people and have a bedroom, bathroom and living area, with full kitchen facilities, table and chairs, and reverse cycle airconditioning.

For a more luxurious stay, we offer 2 bedroom, colonial style brick cottages, located at Lake Magic. Also fully self-contained, with ensuite bathroom (with shower, toilet and basin), spacious lounge and dining room and kitchen. They can sleep up to 8 people and all linen is supplied.

The kitchen has microwave, cook-top and all cooking and eating utensils. Each unit has TV and reverse cycle airconditioning and a phone that can be connected to make outgoing calls on request at registration. Registration is at the Wave Rock Kiosk at the main Wave Rock Complex.

Located approximately 340kms SE of Perth, the township of Hyden was established in 1922, in a secure grain/wheat growing area. The town has a modern shopping area and recreational facilties catering for the needs of the locals and tourists.

With Wave Rock being our most well-known attraction, there are other equally interesting features to see in the area, such as Hippo’s Yawn, the Breakers, the Town Dam, the Humps and Mulka’s Cave.

The Wildflower Shoppe has a varied display of dried wildflowers representing some of the 2500 varieties found in the area. It has a country ktichen open for morning and afternoon teas and lunches, catering for up to 160 people.

Other attractions include the Wildlife Park (special features being the white kangaroos and the koalas), the Lace Place (Australia’s largest collection of lace on public display) and the Pioneer Town Museum (memories of yesteryear) that can be entered through the Kiosk.

The cottages sleep up to 8 adults in 2 bedrooms. The configuration is a queen and a single bed in one bedroom, two to four singles in the second bedroom and a pullout sofa in the lounge area. Some cottages have a queen bed and a single in each bedroom as well as the sofabed in the living room.
The Cabins sleep up to 5 adults, with a double and a single bed in the bedroom, and one or two single beds or bunks in the living area.
A portacot is also available should this be required for infants.
