Holiday apartment

Fantastic ultra modern, stylish, brand new development on the city fringe.

This apartment include large contemporary open plan living and dining area with access to large balcony. A gourmet kitchen comprises all the necessary stainless steel appliances and of course the important dishwasher. Large bedroom with built in wardrobe, fully tiled modern bathroom with full bathtub, internal laundry with washersdryers and linen cardboard. The complex features landscaped common areas, and security block.

Very close to public transport, shops, entertainment, swimming pool, gym and parks. Also close to Broadway, University of Sydney, University of Technology and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Travel time is only 10 minutes to Fox Studios, Bondi Beach, the airport, CBD, SCG and the local Surry Hills shops. The popular Danks St is near by and is filled with fabulous cafe's, galleries and the infamous Italian Grocery 'Fratelli Fresh'. Sydney CBD, Sydney Town Hall, Circular Quay, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour and Chinatown are less than 15 minutes away by public transport.
