Wattai faces north east with a view direct to Cape Byron and overlooks the exclusive and famous Wategos Beach. At the western end of the Wategos Beach precinct, Wattai enjoys glorious morning and midday sun around the pool. The fabulous and expansive roof top deck of the house unlocks its value for fun, relaxation and relief from the heat as the rain forest shade creeps across its surface as the day progresses. Wattai is located on Palm Valley Drive and provides a very comfortable flat level entry into the main living area of the house (no uphill winding driveways or stairs to negotiate) and is only a short walk of 100 metres onto the famous Wategos Beach.
