Bed & Breakfast

Hosted Bed and Breakfast accommodation - 3 rooms available. Play the piano, relax with some big screen viewing in the lounge, check your emails using wireless broadband, or enjoy a book in the garden. Chat by the fire with hot chocolate, or perhaps a soak in the deep claw-foot bath is the tonic you need! Town is one block away so browse the shops, park and river, and walk home after a delicious meal at a restaurant or cafe - try the gourmet pastries and light meal delicacies. Then there's the Warwick Art Gallery, Pringle Cottage Museum, and Rodeo Hall of Fame; loads of heritage sandstone buildings and magnificent rose and lavender displays - all this plus "what's on?" in Warwick this week.

The 3 large guest rooms all have fireplaces and double beds with twin-share and family configuration on request. "Kerong Cottage" has two bathrooms, one being a dedicated guest bathroom. Adjoining the kitchen is a stocked guest breakfast hutch (including crockery and cutlery, tea, coffee and cookies), and full-size guest fridge for the best of homeliness and convenience.
