Ten minute drive to Logans Beach to see the Whales, Short Walk to Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum and Nightly Sound & Light Show, ten minute drive to the Warrnambool Race Track, Dog Racing Track, and 15 minutes to the Speedway Track, and of course the perfect stop over before or after your trip down the magnificent great Ocean Road. PropertyOcean Beach Holiday Village is set in 5 acres of garden setting, located in Perobe Rd, Heading towards the breakwater, from the town centr.

Driving from Geelong on the Princes Hwy turn left into Banyan St in Warrnambool which turns into Pertobe Rd as you go across the roundabout at flagstaff hill we are on the right hand side after the adventure playground, mini golf, and tennis courts.
From Portland on the princes Hwy turn right into Banyan St, and from Mortlake (Hopkins Hwy) straight across the roundabout and your on Banyan St, across the lights, and the next four roundabouts and your in Pertobe Rd and we are on the right hand side.
