A CD player with iPod loading dock, assorted DVD's and board games are provided for the kids. Your comfort is assured with 2 split-system air conditioners (1 upstairs & 1 down), plus central heating throughout.
A double garage with remotes provides direct access to either inside or to the paved outdoor entertaining area equipped with a BBQ, a 6 seat outdoor setting, zip fitted cafe curtains & hammock in a north facing enclosed rear yard.
