Five minutes East of Warrnambool and the iconic attractions of Great Ocean Road which offers outstanding views of the rugged Southern Ocean including the 12 Apostles,Loch Arch Gorge,Bay of Islands. Fantastic Helicopter joyflights over the scenic Great Ocean Road. Southern Right Whales have been coming to Logans Beach for hundreds of years to calve.Almost every year between May-September the magnificient Southern Right Whales with their young can be viewed often within 100 metres of the shore from a specially built viewing platform that is above the beach in the sand dunes. Mahogany Ship Walking Track is 22 kilometres long taking you past a mysterious ship wreck which is buried deep beneath the sand dunes.Flagstaff Hill/Shipwrecked.A fascinating 1870's replica maritime village and museum including the original lighthouse, cannons,and relics and treasures from shipwrecks including the famous Loch Arch Peacock.At night Shipwrecked a world class sound and light show which dramitically tells the story of the sinking of the Loch Arch in 1878.
