It has up to four bedrooms, two bathrooms (main with spa), three toilets, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, two living areas, heating on every level, one courtyard, two balconies & garage under main roof with remote roller door.

Warrnambool offers all the services you will need. Great shopping, culture, dining, recreation, sporting & entertainment, too many things to name.A few examples are the entertainment & cinema venue, indoor & outdoor aquatic centre, a host of playgrounds, parks, basketball stadium, football ovals reserves & coastal areas.

There are great surf spots & protected swimming beaches. These are complemented by the 5.7km foreshore promenade which stretches from the breakwater to the famous whale nursery at Logan's Beach.

There is art galleries, markets & museums, including the Flagstaff Hill maritime village with its sound & laser show. Every year in July Warrnambool is the home for the multi-award winning children's festival Fun4Kids - one not to be missed by all ages.

Warrnambool is a great place to visit & is described as the cultural, social & economic capital of the Great South Coast. A place you want to visit over & over again!

It is located 260kms south-west of Melbourne & just 50mins from the 12 Apostles on the Great Ocean Road. Train & air services operate daily to Melbourne with road travel only taking 3hrs.

The property is located next door to the 5 star Mantra Blue Day Spa. It is within walking distance of some great resturants & coffee shops.

Walk 150m to the beach or coastal promenade or the world famous Lake Petrobe Playground with putt putt golf & activities for all ages.
