Cottage, Holiday house

Fully self conatined with five bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.
Large Kitchen/dining and lounge area with wood heating. Beautiful cathedral ceilings and many large windows. The house has a mixture of Antique furnishings and modern designs. All facilities such as DVD, Video and C.D player are all provided as well as toys and books. A porta cot and Highchair are available. There are two bathrooms, one which caters for people with mobility issues.A bath is also available. The house has a large rear balcony overlooking mountain tops. The town provides many wineries, walks, cafes and art and craft.

Locality

Warburton is a short drive from Melbourne; approximately 70 kms. If you don't want to drive you can use your bike and use the rail trail from Lilydale.

The town has the beautiful Yarra River running through it and in Winter the snow falls near by.

There are many wineries, walks and wild life.

Property is on a beautiful 1/2 acre on top of a hill close to the Forest. House attracts many bird species.
