Holiday house

Clematis Cottage is located on the Yarra River and within a stones throw of local walking tracks. Set among country gardens the property is fully self contained including 2 bedrooms and a sleepout which can accommodate up to 5 people. A spacious lounge with television, Dvd player and a fully equipped kitchen.

You can take a leisurely stroll to the main street of Warburton to visit various boutique shops, cafes and the Warburton Arts Centre and Cinema. Also in very close proximity to the cottage is the Warburton Golf Course and the Warburton Trail, so there is no need to use your car! The track is perfect for a casual meanders or scenic bike ride, feed the geese or on those hot days cool off in the river.
