"I would agree that Carmel and Joe are lovely and house is great with its two comfortable double rooms at separate ends of the house- therefore good with 2 lots of parents and their kids. A basic house but nice design and comfortable. The games room separated from house at the rear of the lovely garden is a winner as the kids can be as noisy as they like. A pleasant walk to the lovely little shopping strip of Warburton

"The house and venue was very suitable for our 15th 'Christmas In July' celebrations. The house was very well presented, very clean,tidy,ample firewood and excellent heating. Carmel and Joe were very easy to communicate with and the misunderstanding about the security system ( our fault)was promptly dealt with by Joe over the phone.We enjoyed Warburton with walking, bike riding, drinking coffee and having afternoon naps!"
