Port Bouvard

Port Bouvard (around 20 minutes south of Mandurah) has grown to become one of Australia's premier waterfront residential resorts. It is a breathtaking location, complete with the beautiful Bouvard Island and Canals, World Class Marina and Golf Course (now open) which will also be home to a Five Star Resort Hotel. The Piazza which is the hub of the Mediterranean-style waterfront precinct complete with Hairdresser (Now Open) and Super Deli (Now Open). General Information

Linen included with the exception of beach towels.

Cleaning is included in the accommodation fee however we do ask you leave the Villa in a neat and tidy manner.

Please Bring Your Own Boat/Kayak/Fishing & Crabbing Gear

As the Villa is fully self contained we do require full payment in order to reserve your booking. For last minute bookings full payments are to be received at least 48 hours before your arrival date. Full refunds are available for cancellations made one week prior to your arrival date. However there will be a $60 administration charge ($85 for credit card bookings).

The Villa is also available for long term rental. Please contact us to enquire about your specific needs.

Please note that no under 18's unless a parent or legal guardian is also staying in the Villa and can be held responsible for any damage caused.
