Bed & Breakfast

Wangi Sails Bed & Breakfast suite is designed to help you celebrate that special occasion or give you a break that will renew your body and spirit. This delightful retreat on the shores of Lake Macquarie close to the Wangi Sailing Club is one hour's drive north of Sydney. Your hosts Dianne and Terry want to make your stay memorable.

Our new, one or two bedroom, self-catering suite, gives you total privacy and seclusion as well as spectacular north-facing views of Lake Macquarie from both bedrooms, lounge/dining area and private balcony. Continental breakfast provisions are included in the package for the first two mornings and cooking facilities include a gas BBQ, microwave, frypan and refrigerator. A mooring for your boat can be arranged at the Wangi RSL jetty three doors away.

Lake Macquarie offers a range of sight-seeing and sporting activities including lake cruises, fishing charters and jet boat rides. We are 30 minutes from the beaches or the mountains and 45 minutes from the famous Hunter Valley vineyards. The choice is yours: a romantic celebration, a relaxing break-away or an action packed annual holiday - fishing, hiking, hot air ballooning, sky-diving or jet boat riding.

Our central location is a convenient five-minute walk to the Wangi village shops, the famous Wangi Bakehouse, restaurants, cafe and takeaways. Come for a couple of days, a long weekend or stay a week!

Thank you for your hospitality Dianne. We were totally spoilt and now love Wangi even more. There are few truly tranquil spots and this is one of the best. We even loved the Corellas!
