This beautifully appointed luxury apartment provides exclusive privacy with brand new facilities.Central to Halls Gap, Ararat, Great Western Champagne Cellars, the Dunkeld Royal Mail Hotel, bushwalking, berry picking,superb animal farm, wineries, you name it - it's here!

Double one room - two singles other plus a deluxe devane if required.Slate floors and all new conveniences. Family and baby friendly, pets welcome on terms. Beautiful native birds can be noisy but that's what you are here for!

Affordable for the family and with full linen and cooking facilities you don't need to pack up the house to go away for a break. It's all here.

Locality

Only two hours from Melbourne straight up the Western Highway.
We don't stand on ceremonies so whenever you arrive is ok and whenever you leave is ok too.(By arrangement) You can stay till late arvo Sunday and get a bbq lunch in. The location provides a choice of activities or if you just want to relax, you couldn't be in a better place.

The property is at the start of the Campbells reef goldline that runs through Moyston. It is part of undulating pasture farming land with trial plantings of hazelnuts and almonds underway. Approximately twelve minutes from Ararat - the road is the main tourist road from Ararat to Halls Gap and has a number of tourist venues to explore.
