A brand new, unique and luxurious 280sqm, 2 stores holiday house with cathedral ceilings, spa, verandas, total privacy and huge spaces both indoor and outdoor.
Nestled in 5 acres of beautiful bush land in the quite Tingleview Estate, "Bush Tops Retreat" is located only 4.5 kilometers from Walpole town center.
Enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda deckings surrounded by wildlife (birds, kangaroos, small marsupials) and the beautiful Tingle Trees typical of this area.

The gourmet kitchen with its 900 mm oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge, freezer, toaster, etc. would make a chef happy! Outdoor BBQ facility is also provided.
The living area with its cathedral ceilings invites you to settle in and get comfortable on the big lounges in front of the wood fire pot belly. You can watch a movie on our satellite televisions or relax in the luxury up stair's spa.
DVD VCR CD players, books, dvds and games are provided for guests' entertainment. There are lounge areas at the ground floor and first floor.
A gas convector heater, a ceiling fan and heating lights (in bathrooms) are provided for extra comfort.
The laundry room has sink, washing machine and dryer. There is also a cloths hoist outside. Iron board, iron and hair dryer are provided.
Phone line is connected for emergency and local calls; 2 cordless phones are provided.
Most furniture and appliances in the house are brand new.
