Holiday house

3 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 7 guests.
Master bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite and walk-in robe.
2nd bedroom with queen size bed and built-in robe.
3rd bedroom with single bed, twin bunk and built-in robe - also with TV and DVD.
2nd and 3rd bedroom share 2nd bathroom with separate toilet.

The private pontoon will readily accept a boat of up to 6 metres in length (excluding the extra length taken up by the outboard and bowsprit).
Please advise your boat length when reserving your accommodation.

Patio/Verandah features outdoor setting for 8, sun lounge and 4 burner hooded BBQ/Roaster. Patio faces north and shields holidaymakers from the western sun and prevailing southerlies.

Large double garage measures internally 8m long x 6m wide with 2.7m high roller door clearance. Comfortably fits up to a 5.5m boat on trailer (with ample height clearance - canopy up or down depending on boat design) along with the family vehicle.

$240 per night all year round for up to 7 persons. One night free for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Locality

Wallaroo is one of the three prime towns comprising the historic Copper Coast. The others being Kadina and Moonta.
Copper mining was the area's chief industry in the 18th and early 19th centuries. Today farming, grain handling, fishing and tourism are the main industries.
Wallaroo boasts a massive grain handling jetty, a prawn fleet, Maritime Museum, magnificent North Beach and historic hotels.
Some of the finest fishing grounds in SA are in this area - species include whiting, snapper, yellowtail kingfish, garfish, snook, squid and crabs.
Also the wonderful townships of the mid north can be accessed in a day trip without too much effort - Clare Wineries 85km, Crystal Brook 90km, Gladstone 100km, Laura 110km, Melrose and Mt Remarkable 160km.

Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach.

Only just over 1km away is beautiful North Beach which stretches approx. 3kms along Wallaroo Bay.
Cars are able to drive and park on North Beach for relaxed seaside sojourns.
Swimming is ideal for children as there is no surf or rips and small tidal pools are left as the tide recedes.

Canoeing & Kayaking

Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, Secure storage facilities available, Located on waterfront, Less than 5 minutes walk to water, Less than 5 minutes drive to water.

Cruise the canals of the Copper Cove Marina and Marina basin - (approx. 5kms).
Your own private pontoon (with ladder) is immediately in front of your waterfront holiday home.
Plenty of secure storage in the large double garage.

Fishing

Fishing spots available nearby, Local fishing knowledge available, Located on waterfront, Located less than 5 mins walk to water, Located less than 5 minute drive to water, Boatramp within 5 minute drive, Boat storage/parking available onsite.

In Wallaroo Bay there are Crabs, King George Whiting, Garfish, Snapper, Snook and Squid and offshore there are the big Snapper drops.
The Wallaroo Jetty is a popular fishing spot for Crabs, Squid, Garfish, Whiting and Snapper.
Lucky anglers may also score a big yellowfin kingfish.
You can also try your luck from the pontoon for Bream, Mullet and Mulloway.

Waterfront

Accommodation within 50 metres of waterfront available, Absolute waterfront, Deep water, Boats can moor at waterfront, Expansive water views.

The property fronts the marina canal with a walkway to the private pontoon which will accept boats up to 6 metres - so convenient for the boatie - no need to bother with the boat ramp every time you want to use your boat.
You can also try your luck fishing from the pontoon.
