Cottage

Perfect place to escape in quiet area of town, close to golf, National Parks, gorges,trout fishing. Very comfortable Queen bed. Great stopover from Sydney(5hours)to Brissie (6 hours) or stay awhile and see the area! Only 1 hour to Tamworth and 40 mins. to Armidale,2 1/2 hours to Port Macquarie.

Locality

Walcha is 1,067 metres above sea level, and the population is 3,500 including 1700 in the town.
the district today is a primary producing area. The craft shop is considered one of the best in NSW, and there are many historic buildings. There are many sculptures done by mainly local artists.

Property

Our cottage is a couple of blocks from the main street, and opposite the Catholic Church. Safe and quiet part of town!
