Cottage, Self-contained apartment

Traditional double brick, three bedroom bungalow combining classic 1930s with a dash of Art Deco.

Situated in Wagga Wagga's 1920s-1940s suburb of Turvey Park, within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and local Turvey Tops shops. Opposite Turvey Park Public School, it is in a very quiet location.

There is a park two doors down with swings, slippery dip etc. for littlies. The Botanic Gardens also has a mini zoo and bags of breadcrumbs for the animals are available at the kiosk.

Approximately 10-15 minutes to entrance to Kapooka Army Base.

Established gardens (enclosed at rear) with gas bbq, courtyard, decking area and seating for six to dine al fresco.

Reverse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fans, gas heating, polished floorboards. Flat screen tv/dvd, stereo/cd/ipod connection.

Sleeping configuration is for an absolute maximum of 6 adults plus one infant - Bedroom 1 Queen, Bedroom 2 Double, Bedroom 3 Twin, full sized cot and mattress, bedding and change table for baby.

Spacious loungeroom, separate dining room. Period bathroom newly renovated with enormously deep bath and separate shower. Separate toilet.

Full kitchen with electric fan forced oven and ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. Separate laundry with front loader and dryer. Nursery with full size cot, high chair, bedding, change table.
