The rear yard is large and fully fenced with high colourbond fencing.

The laundry has separate access into the yard.

Please bring your own pet bedding etc.

There are only two units in the whole block. The back yards are large and fully enclosed. They are located about 10 minutes from the CBD and are in easy reach of Forest Hill and Kapooka military bases.
