Cottage, Holiday house

GreenPatch retains the feel of yester-year - a comfortable beach house where you can just put your feet up and relax.

The house has two spacious decks with tranquil leafy outlooks and filtered water views across the bay - perfect for entertaining or taking in the night sky.

The main lounge has a slow combustion fireplace which is perfect for relaxing in front of in the cooler evenings. The lounge also has a large flat screen TV for the sports fans, and iPod stereo/docking station in the dining room.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests (queen bed; double bed; 2 single beds).

The downstairs living/rumpus room is setup as a "studio" and can sleep an additional 4 people, depending on your requirements. There is a queen size bed; and a single bed with trundle.

The ground floor also has a kitchenette, dining area, and a separate bathroom & toilet.

The house is well equipped for small children, with a large fenced yard and lots of baby/toddler gear including a porta-cot with mattress (+"Symphony in Motion" Mobile), timber play pen, baby monitor, high chair, bath seat, baby bouncer, change mat and a microwave steriliser. The downstairs deck also has a child-size table and chairs, ideal for play or dining, along with a clam-shell toddler wading pool.

There's also lots of toys, games, books and puzzles suitable for children of most ages. The downstairs TV is also fitted with an X-Box, and includes a range of games for all ages.

No need to pack all the beach gear either - the house is equipped with a "beach/sun-shade tent", folding outdoor chairs, a beach umbrella, and even a picnic basket, all available for guest use.

Locality

Vincentia can lay claim to having some of the best beaches in Jervis Bay. Greenfields, Blenheim, Nelson, Orion and Collingwood beaches run for 6.5 km along the Vincentia foreshore. Beautiful Nelson Beach and Blenheim Beach are approx 10-15 mins walking distance. Blenheim also offers a small kids' playground and picnic area.

Dolphin and whale watching tours run year-round; cycle/walking tracks run from Huskisson to Sanctuary Point; and for the golf addicts, Vincentia Golf Club is 2 minutes away, with other courses close by at Sancturary Point, Nowra and Gerroa.

There are many excellent restaurants to enjoy nearby in Huskisson, along with an historic cinema; and trips to the local wineries, a short drive away, are highly recommended.

Pets

Unfortunately, due to the number of issues associated with dogs staying at the house, we are no longer offering pet stayz. Dogs are not permitted.
