Holiday house

Single level brick veneer home with 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite, kitchen, laundry, main bathroom with bath and shower, single garage, two living areas with 2 TVs and DVD players. The living area has split unit air conditioning.
Front deck has a gate to confine young children, gas BBQ and sails for sun protection, there is also a bull nose verandah on the front of the house. There is a golf course about one kilometre from the house.
There are three queen beds and one single bed with pillows and quilts.
The house is across the road from Blenheim beach. You can walk from this beach to 2 other beaches within 5 minutes along the whitesands track through the national park. This beach is on Jervis Bay and is a protected marine park. Private fishing is allowed in many designated areas. You can witness dolphins from these beaches most days and there is whale watching during migration. There is abundant bird life including sea eagles. Rosellas eat from the front verandah daily when seed is placed in bowls.

Locality

Vincentia has a golf course small shopping centre with 4 restaurants and numerous beaches. Husskison is 4 kilometres away with numerous restaurants and a picture theatre.
