Cottage, Holiday house, Holiday unit

Bayswater Beach House contains 2 x 2 bedroom units and is only 100metres to the beach and a short stroll to Huskisson. The cottage is ideal for families who want to holiday together but need their own space.

Recently renovated and landscaped enjoy entertaining outside in the shared bbq area with two separate garden patio spaces.

Bayswater cottage is available for holiday rental or short-term stay. Couples, families of four and corporate visitors are most WELCOME.

Locality

Location, location, location! The cottage is located only 100m away from the stunning Collingwood Beach and a short walk to the family friendly Moona Moona Creek Reserve. Centrally located enjoy a short stroll along the Jervis Bay cycleway to the township of Huskisson or the Vincentia shops.

Rates per unit: HIGH SEASON- $1285/wk week includes December, January and Easter. MID SEASON- $865 per week includes Feb, March, April ( except Easter), Public Hol long weekends,School holidays Sept/Oct,Nov. LOW SEASON- $740/wk includes May, June, July Aug, Sept, and Oct (ex school holiday). We require 50% deposit within 1 week of booking and the balance paid a week prior to arrival.
