This delightful character house greets you as you enter with warm rich Jarrah wood floors, lofty ceilings and beautiful traditional furnishings. Air conditioned for Summer, heating and gas flame effect fire for Winter. A fully equipped dining kitchen with it's French Oak table, a comfortable family room with TVDVD. A second sitting room or 3rd bedroom has TVDVD and 2 comfortable couches. A claw foot bath with shower, 2 comfortable bedrooms with beautiful bedlinen complete the picture. Laundry facilities include a 7kg auto washing machine. Outside areas consist of front and rea renclosed gardens, 2 outdoor tables seating 12 in total, outdoor bathroom, claw foot bath and shower and a courtyard with a second hot and cold shower. This cottage is so close to the city, step outside the gate and see the city skyline. A 2 minute walk has you in amongst the numerous cafes, shops and restaurants on the bustling Albany Hwy cafe strip. A park and childrens play area are at the end of the street. Burswood casino and golf course are less than a 5 minute drive.
A city route bus stop is 100 metres walk and the Airports are a 20 minute drive
