Enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Bluff from the deck, lounge, dining and front bedrooms of this 3BR, newly renovated house. It has all the mod-cons including HD LCD TV, reverse cycle airconditioning, DVD and stereo with an iPod dock. The furniture was selected with both comfort and style in mind.

This house caters for pets (both dogs and cats). It has a fully fenced backyard as well as a fully enclosed back verandah which is a perfect play area for children, small dogs and cats! Well-behaved dogs and cats are allowed inside.

**** PLEASE NOTE: This house is NOT suitable for parties or large groups. The neighbours will report noise to the Police - so please DO NOT book this house if you are likely to annoy the neighbours. ****

The Things We Provide for Dogs and Cats....

Enclosed and secure verandah area - fabulous to keeps cats and small dogs safe.
Fully fenced back yard (colourbond fence - so no way they can escape).
A reserve next door for walking your dogs.
A cat scratching post.
A large dog kennel in the back yard for a cosy sleep under the stars!.
Water and food bowls (so you don't need to bring them).
Large kitty litter tray with fresh kitty litter (so you don't need to bring that either).

All you need to bring for your four-legged friends, bedding and food.

We had a great weekend away with all the luxuries of home with the bonus of the fabulous sea views. Enjoying a glass of wine whilst eating dinner on the balcony was great, as was the fact that our extended family (our doggies were able to join us). We will definitely be staying again!!

We provide the following for your four-legged family members:

• Dogs and cats are allowed indoors as well as out.
• Our backyard is securely fenced with colourbond.
• The backyard is about 250sqm.
• There is a completely enclosed verandah for cats and dogs.
• There is a large solid timber kennel for dogs who sleep outside.
• We supply water and food bowls.
• There is a cat scratching post in the enclosed cat-friendly space.
• There is a cat door and small dog door from inside to the enclosed varandah.
• There is a reserve right next door where you can walk your dogs, as well as the beach about 10 mins away.
• We provide pooper scoopers and bags.
• We have a grassed area where your dogs can relax.
