Holiday house

The property is a 1960's character 3 bedroom house with an open Living/Dining room and separate kitchen. The neat bathroom provides a bath and shower with a separate toilet located alongside. Spacious front and rear yards provide a very private environment with a sunny corner always available. Covered outdoor areas overlook both the front and rear yards and provide the perfect place to relax protected from the wind.

For stays of less than a full week, the rate will be lesser of the 3-night rate plus additional nights at the relevant pro-rata rate or the weekly rate.

Locality

Newland Street is a quiet location in Central Victor on the beach side of the main road and away from the crowds of day trippers
The house is within walking distance to all facilities and many local attractions including the Town Centre and Granite Island. Once you have parked the car, you won’t need it again until it is time to leave.
Local shops provide all of your essential daily requirements including fresh bread and the newspaper.
The Encounter Bikeway and walking path passes the end of the street and provides a safe environment for young children to ride their bikes and is an easy flat walk to the Town Centre or a longer stroll along Encounter Bay to the Bluff.
The nearby beach is at the end of the street and is very safe for swimming and perfect for walking the dog.
A short walk along the beach will also take you to some of the best snorkelling on the south coast at Kent Reserve
The seaside location provides milder temperatures during both Summer and Winter although the ideal time to enjoy Victor Harbor is during Spring and Autumn

Property

Newland Street is a light and airy 3 Bedroom home.
The main bedroom has a queen bed while children will love the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is provided with an innerspring sofa bed. Smaller families can use the 3rd bedroom as an additional living space which opens onto the rear deck and is provided with a second television.
The Living and Dining area opens onto the sheltered rear deck which contains an outdoor setting with seating for 6.
The large and shady rear yard is sheltered from sea breezes and provides ample lawn areas surrounded by the leafy garden. A small to medium pet is most welcome. Larger or more than one pet will be accepted by agreement only.

A selection of bikes, boogie boards and snorkelling equipment can be made available by request for visitor use along with a selection of children’s books, board games and DVD’s
The carport and driveway provide off-street parking for up to 2 cars

The following rates apply for 7 day bookings unless otherwise stated. The minimum booking for peak periods including school holidays is 7 nights. Weekly bookings for peak periods are only accepted for arrivals and departures on a Friday or Saturday. The minimum booking for long weekends is 3 nights where outside of school holidays.

Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged at the lesser of the 3-night rate plus additional nights at the relevant pro-rata rate or the weekly rate.
A bond of $500 will be payable prior to your stay. The bond will be refunded following an inspection of the property on departure. To maintain lower rates, there is no cleaning fee applied. All tenants must clean the house on departure to the standard at which they found it . Additional cleaning required on inspection will be deducted from the bond
