1950's renovated cottage located within walking distance to town centre via beach or road. Walk to beautiful flat, clean sandy beach and river mouth via boardwalk.
2qs beds, 2 singles. 2nd WC. Fully equipped kitchen, digital TV/DVD/VCR.
IPOD/PHONE Dock.
Cosy up in front of the open fire on a cold night whilst toasting marshmallows or enjoying a glass of wine.
Fully enclosed rear yard with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and clothes line.
