Escape the hustle and bustle of life for a break away with all the luxuries you require to relax and unwind.
The perfect spot for a great summer holiday but also a wonderful spot to keep cosy and warm whilst watching the ever changing ocean in winter. Bring your family or perhaps enjoy a weekend with another. The upper story is all you need for a romantic retreat or share a weekend with up to 3 couples. This modern 2 story home is well equipped and finely presented to ensure that you have the perfect "break away". The master bedroom located upstairs has a walk in robe and adjoins a large ensuite with full size spa bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will require including a dish washer, microwave and large extendable dining room table with required seating. The upstairs living area is spacious so there is room to spread out and the large couches are perfect to relax on. The rear balcony is an extension of the inside living allowing you to enjoy the fresh sea air.

The yard is fully enclosed with grassed and paved areas. There is ample off street parking in addition to the under main roof garage which has access into the house.
Just 2 mins drive to the beach and 5 mins to the main street of Victor Harbor. The Fleurieu Peninsula is full of things to do for the whole family.
