This beach front 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for family holidays or romantic getaways. It is an upstairs unit In a block of just four, located within a 5 minute stroll to the Victor Harbor town centre and a hop step and jump across the Esplande to a quiet swimming and walking beach. Listen to the waves and watch for whales from the comfort of your sofa or perhaps take a bike ride on the designated trail that runs straight past your door.

Or you may like to take in some fishing from the jetty or get a little closer to the penguins on a evening tour on Granite Island - both just 5 minute walk.

The main rooms and balcony offer 180 degree uniterrupted ocean views taking in the Bluff, the beautiful Granite Island and the causeway.

Blue Seas on the Esplanade is a full service apartment, with a roomy Queensize Bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds.

The bathroom has a shower and hip bath, sink and toilet, another toilet is located in the laundry with the auto washing machine.

The living/dining area has a six seater dining setting, a three seater sofa bed and two recliners that are just made laying back and watching the waves roll in - also a TV/Video/CD player.

The full service kitchen includes stove, oven, fridge, microwave and electric fry pan. The reverse cycle air conditioner keeps you comfortable all year round.

The balcony has a two seater outdoor setting, ideal for a cuppa and the morning paper!
