This large 22 square home is only one street from the beach and is located in a family friendly street. It is a 3 minute stroll to the lovely North facing Ventnor Beach this is a lovely safe beach for young children, and a short drive to the Penguin Parade and the Nobbies. The Grand Prix Circuit is close by.
The property is fully fenced and pets are welcome
This is a large two storey holiday home that is lovely and sunny with a great deck, two living areas, 4 bedrooms and a second entertaining area downstairs.
The main living area is upstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen, there is a TV and DVD with comfortable sofas and sliding glass doors leading out on to the large deck.
The dining table is central upstairs and there is a second dining setting downstairs.
The kitchen is new with all new appliances and has electric cooking a microwave and a dishwasher as well as all your cooking pots and pans, plates platters salad bowls etc.
There is a split system for heating and cooling as well as ceiling fans upstairs.
The deck has water views, a large outdoor setting and a gas bbq there is also an external staircase for access to the deck.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the family bathroom. The laundry is also upstairs and it has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Downstairs is open and sunny with second living area with TV there is a dining setting and doors leading out to the fenced in back garden.
There is one bedroom downstairs and the second bathroom.
The downstairs paved entertaining area has shadesails for shelter and will be a great place to sit on those hot summer nights.
There is a large carport with room for 2 cars and parking for at least 3.
As with all our properties you are required to bring your own top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow cases and towels.
