Bed & Breakfast, Self-contained apartment

The Kil'n Time Bed and Breakfast offers a luxury self contained apartment for up to 4 people or a single bedroom second floor suite in a semi rural garden setting. Ventnor beach is just a short stroll away and Ventnor reserve is across the road. Many of our guests are surprised at the constant flow of birdlife through the property plus the occasional visit of a wallaby or koala.

The Penguin Parade, the Phillip Island motor racing circuit and Cowes are all within easy 10 minute drives of the property. Other attractions such as A Maze N Things, Rhyll Trout Farm, the Chocolate Factory, Churchill Island, the Nobbies, Phillip Island and Purple Hen Wineries are all within easy reach.

But if all you want to do is relax in front of a wood fired heater or have a Spa then that's fine. We've had guests to watch the AFL Grand Final who want to scream and shout and others who want a relaxing Spa after bushwalking. Kil'n Time was perfect.

The B&B has a complete kitchen including stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker plus all of the pots and utensils required. We provide food for your breakfast including bacon, eggs, cereals, bread, fruit, milk, yoghurt, juice, jams etc. which can be prepared as and when you require. There is also a BBQ and private outdoor area.

For those staying during major events such as the MotoGP, V8 Supercars, Superbikes or Pyramid Rock Festival the shuttle bus passes right by our front gate with a stop less than 50 metres away. Also for those attending those events, we are in the opposite direction to the main traffic flow that inevitably occurs after these events. So by staying an extra night you will avoid those traffic hassles.

We provide all you linen, bath towels and robes. On request we can also provide beach towels.

There are many restaurants and eating options on the island but you have the option of cooking all your own meals.

Phillip Island is also an ideal base for exploring South East Gippsland and Wilsons Promontory.
