Holiday house

By the sea in beautiful Ventnor, Phillip Island. Only about 8 minutes from Cowes main shopping strip. Our house has been set up to offer a fantastic holiday for up to 2 families. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a large deck with partial sea views!!

Down stairs is a rumpus room containing TV, VCR, CD player and loads of the latest DVD's. Games room also inlcudes table tennis, soccer game, darts and other stuff. This leads into a large kids room with 2 bunk beds and a few singles. In this bedroom is a third TV and DVD player and couch. Down stairs also has its own bathroom and toilet and a smaller bedroom containing a queen size bed.

Upstairs is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room containing TV, DVD, Cd player and split system cooling/heating. This leads out to the large deck with BBQ and out door setting. A perfect place to catch the views, enjoy a refreshment or even watch the kids below on the open lawn. The lawn in front of the house is HUGE and can be used for lots of kids and family entertainment. Upstairs also boasts a main bedroom with a KING delux bed -you will want to take the bed home, another smaller bedroom with another queen size bed plus bathroom and toilet.

11. The king and queen size beds are extremely comfortable with excellent quality mattresses
