This beautiful foreshore property, architecturally designed to take full advantage of some of the most spectacular views of Phillip Island is situated at Grossard Point. Observe the lights of red hill and relax to the gentle lapping of the ocean rolling by. Bask on the huge wrap around balcony and take in these unsurpassed views.
The upstairs living area provides the perfect place to relax and unwind it has large flat screen TV and DVD, comfortable sofas and huge views. There is a central dining table perfect for entertaining.
The large deck leads off the upstairs living area with an outdoor setting and gas bbq.
The designer kitchen with stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances has everything you will require with lots of salad bowls, platters etc. Electric cooking , microwave and dishwasher.
There is a mirrored wall that lines the stairs and reflects the view.
This home offers 3 generous bedrooms each with a queen size beds.
There is an ensuite off the master bedroom and the other bathroom is downstairs.
There is also powder room off the upstairs lounge.
Another great feature is the second living area downstairs with TV and DVD huge sofas and views.
Heating and cooling is provided by a ducted system throughout the house and there is a gas fire in the main upstairs living area.
There is use of the double garage and the garden is fully fenced. The gardens are pretty with a lovely water feature running down the side of the house.
Only a short stroll down the stairs to the beautiful Ventnor beach this is really a fantastic property in a beautiful location.
