TERRIFIC FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF VAUCLUSE, THE BEST OF THE EASTERN SUBURBS. 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS, MIELE APPLIANCES THROUGHOUT, AIR CON, SECURITY BUILDING AND MORE.

The apartment has been furnished with great taste throughout, is in a secure building with intercom and is fully air conditioned. The living area has a supersize L shaped lounge, TV, Foxtel, Surround Sound, and flows through to the dining, kitchen and exterior entertaining area with infra red BBQ and alfresco dining. The main dining area seats 8. The kitchen is Miele equipped with gas cooking, dishwasher, conventional and steam ovens, warmer drawer, side by side fridge, a walk in pantry, polished floors and bi fold windows opening to BBQ entertainment area. The laundry has separate Miele washer and dryer.
