Holiday house

This is an immaculately presented, spacious, fully equipped, holiday home with a billiards room, a luxury, heated spa and air conditioning, within Eaglereach Highland Park, a 1000 acre wilderness resort on top of Mt George. Linen, bedding and towels are supplied.

Property

There is a sunny, cathedral-style lounge room with slow combustion wood heater, a new five piece, leather suite with four reclining chairs and a large, flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular views of Mt Sugarloaf and The Barrington Tops. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms as well as a games room with billiards table and games cupboard. The main bedrooms each have queen beds and reading/study areas. The third bedroom has two single beds. The fourth has a king bed, which can be converted into two king singles, as well as a large flat screen TV and DVD player.

Outside, there is a luxury, heated spa in its own private enclosure. There are wide verandas with three outdoor settings and a gas barbeque. Two mountain bikes are available. A specially constructed roo feeder caters for an abundance of wildlife, including kangaroos, wallabies and goannas, as well as parrots and eagles.

Location and Facilities

The property is 2.5 hours north of Sydney, conveniently located 12km from Vacy, 45km north of Maitland, near the historic town of Paterson and Gresford wineries. Guests have free use of the resort's tennis court, walking trails, games room, swimming pool, outdoor fitness centre, children's playground, gas barbeques, fishing ponds, picnic areas, swimming lagoon and 4WD tracks. Guests may dine in, visit the local restaurant or the Flying Duck Cafe in Vacy. Eaglereach Highland Park has an amazing variety of flora and fauna. There is lush rainforest on one side and ancient trees interspersered with cliffs on the other.
