This is a large, fully furnished and equipped, holiday home with three bedrooms, within the 1000 acre Eaglereach Highland Park on top of Mt George.

Property

The living room is large and sunny with stunning views of Mt Sugarloaf and The Barrington Tops. There is a new, large screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and modern bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with spa, a built-in wardrobe and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Outside, there is a heated spa, two outdoor eating areas, gas barbeque and a wide veranda. A specially constructed feeder ensures an abundance of wildlife visits the property, including kangaroos, wallabies, possums, goannas, king parrots and eagles.

Location and Facilities

The property is 2.5 hours north of Sydney, conveniently located 12km from Vacy, 45km north of Maitland, near the historic town of Paterson and Gresford wineries. Guests have free use of the resort's tennis court, swimming pool, outdoor fitness centre, games room, children's playground, gas barbeques, fishing ponds, picnic areas, swimming lagoon, bush walks and 4WD trails. Guests may dine in, visit the local bistro or the Flying Duck Cafe in Vacy.

Charges over and above the base rate will apply during holiday and peak periods. To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival a $300 bond is due with the balance, following receipt of which key access and directions will be given. The check out time is 12pm. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
