Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Our unit is a ground floor unit, with side street access via our private courtyard in a small complex of 5.

The 2 bedrooms are generous in size divided by a walk through bathroom, with seperate bath and shower.

Living, dining and kitchen area is open, bright and spacious with 2 balconies. Largest balcony leads onto our private courtyard which has a gazebo, outdoor furniture, clothes line and gated street access.

Our laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, pegs and laundry powder for your use.

Small dogs/pets are welcome. Owners must keep their dogs quiet and under full control. Owners are also asked to clean up after their dog.

This property has a small doggie door in the security screen leading from the living area to the main balcony and courtyard area.

The unit complex has secure undercover parking and a pool. Our single lock-up garage is remote controlled.

Kings Beach water park, kids playground, pool, BBQ/picnic facilities, tavern, cafes and restaurants are an easy 3-5 minute stroll.

Walk along the beautiful boardwalk to Happy Valley grassed BBQ/pinic facilities, kids playground and pet friendly beach, then onto Bulcock Beach.

Caloundra cinema, cafes/restrauants and shops are a 5 minute walk.

Caloundra is on the Sunshine Coast about 1 hour from Brisbane airport and about 25 minutes from Maroochydore airport.

Kings Beach is one of the most popular family beaches on the Sunshine Coast, with Bulcock, Dicky, Golden, Moffat and Shelley beaches nearby.

Enjoy strolling, running or cycling from Kings Beach to Happy Valley and Bulcock Beach along the beautiful boardwalk, or from Kings Beach to Shelley and Moffat beach via the headland and war memorial walk.

Watch surfers, windboard riders & ships sailing through the Pumicestone Passage shipping chanel.

Happy Valley boasts a lovely grassed BBQ/picnic area and kids playground. When the tide is out, dogs are welcome to play with you on Happy Valley beach.

Kings Beach water park is great fun for big and little kids. Beside the water park is a large grassed area with plenty of shade, picnic tables, BBQ facilities, monkey bar/exercise area and public toilets/showers. There is a large salt water pool at Kings Beach, which is free and plenty of rock pools outside the pool area to explore.
Happy Valley is a great place for the whole family. It boasts a large grassed area with plenty of shaded picnic tables, BBQ facitities, a cricket pitch and a kids adventure playground.
Australia Zoo at Beerwah is a fun filled venture packed day for the whole family and is less than 25 minutes drive. Under Water World at Mooloolabah is also a great day out and is less than 20 minutes drive.

Happy Valley beach, an easy 5 minute walk, is a great place to run, play and swim with your dog at low tide. You dog will love to go for a walk with you along the boardwalk from Bulcock Beach to Kings Beach, up to the headland and around to Shelley and Moffat Beach. Doggie poo bags are provided along this walking track by council.

Wake boarding / water skiing

Boat ramp within 5 minute drive.

Wake boarding is popular in the Pumicestone Passage channel. Watch the board riders skip the waves and skim across the water.

Windsurfing/Kitesailing

Winter in Caloundra is beautiful with daytime tempatures reaching low/mid 20's. However, night tempatures can get quite low and chilly, so bring a warm coat or jacket for when you venture outside at night.
