Holiday house

This property is situated in the perfect position just seconds walk to the beach.
The main street with all the shops, cafes and restaurants are all aslo a short walk away.

It consists of a queen bed and built-ins in main room, 2 sets of bunk beds and built-ins in the second room, polished floor and an outdoor shower outback to rinse you off after a day at the beach.

There is an entertainment area out back with a bbq and porch out the front where you can relax and listen to the ocean.

You are literally seconds away from the beach, parks and riding track for the kids and the newly built surf club.

This property is in a FANTASTIC location for beach lovers and kids, don't miss out

Locality

You are a nice walk away from shops and cafes along the main street.

This property is just over an hours drive from central Sydney and 30mins drive from the Australian Reptile Park.

Minutes drive to Ettalong Beach and Ettalong Markets.

5mins drive to the train station which will get you into Sydney in just over an hour.

You can get to the wine country up in the Hunter Valley in about 90mins.

Not to mention the 20min drive to neighbouring beaches like Terrigal and Avoca Beach.

Cute and cosy beach house with plenty of room to laze away the summer days while the kids play at the beach or on the lawn.

Need to cool down? With a bore installed on the property get the hose out for a quick hose down to cool off or clean up after the beach.

If the kids have had too much outdoors, let them relax while watching a movie with the supplied DVD/VCR player.

Spark up the barbie out back and listen to the waves rolling in or just relax on the front porch reading a book or watching the world go by.
