Self-contained apartment

Built on the banks of the beautiful Leven River. A serene bush setting abundant with bird life and the occasional possum and wallaby visiting in the evening. If golf is your scene, the Ulverstone Golf Club (one of the best in Tasmania) is only a five minute walk (clubs are available for hire.)
Explore the river by kayak, a 5km paddle to town or approximately the same distance up river to spectacular scenery, reflections and if you are lucky,platypus or the rare white bellied sea eagle.
The location is popular with local fishermen but you may prefer to have a swim or just relax in the tranquil setting on the river bank in .

Ulverstone. 5 km from CBD and 15 minutes from Spirit Of Tasmania terminal in Devonport.

Property

The Apartments
The Loft Apartment is located above the main house but is separate with its own access & is designed with emphasis on privacy. There are two balconys over looking the river – one with a bbq. The bedroom has a large ensuite with bath; the kitchette/lounge is equipped with modern appliances & a queen size sofa bed.
The Mezzanine Apartment is separate from the main house and is the larger of the two. It has a Messanine bedroom, full size kitchen and lounge with queen size sofa bed. There is also a deck overlooking the river with bbq area. This apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
