Internal laundry, excellent kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher. All modern conveniences TV, DVD. Balcony entertaining area with table and chairs.
Roof deck huge pool and excellent shopping centre facilities within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Olympic size swimming pool 10 minutes away and Victoria Park the same.

Excellent neighbourhood. Buses at the door. Convenient and fab.
