Double story house with private pool and magnificent ocean views from Ulladulla lighthouse to Point Noreast.
Upstairs: living room, kitchen and dining/rumpus room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Downstairs: rumpus room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
From the house it is just a 2 minute stroll to the beach and Burrill Lake Inlet. The Inlet provides a safe swimming area for children and adults alike, who like the beach but prefer calmer water. The kids will love it and Mum & Dad can sit back and relax. For the Surfers the waves are here too, so pack your surf board. Burrill Inlet and Dolphin Point Beach also have rock pools to explore and great fishing spots. There is a 10 minute bush walk through to Point Noreast and Wairo Beach from the end of the street.

This property is great. The location and views are fantastic.With five boys the space in the house and the size of the pool was terrific.
LocalityJust 3 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra and 40 minutes north of Batemans Bay.
Dolphin Point is a 2 minute drive from the beautiful harbour of Ulladulla. There is a local shopping centre at Dolphin Point, which has a newsagency, post office, supermarket, restaurant and hair salon.
The historic town Milton offers craft & antique shops, galleries,restaurants & access to bushwalking, canoeing & rural actities.
