Birdwood Paradise is a classic beach cottage located opposite a stand of the signature Norfolk Island Pines while overlooking the ocean which can be viewed from the front deck, the lounges, dinning, kitchen and even the main bedroom. Birdwood Paradise offers two spacious bedrooms upstairs with modern kitchen and newly furnished dinning and lounge in fresh and bright colours. The lounge also is modern with an 81cm LCD TV and DVD player. Downstairs is a third bedroom come rumpus room with ensuite ideal for the kids, teenagers or a second family (with second TV and VCR). Also downstairs is a pool table, table tennis and soccer table along withsome board games or bocce and boules to enjoy on the park like lawn or at the beach.

The house is recently furnished with new and modern furniture, bedding and kitchen equipment. The laundry has a modern washing machine with ironing board and a new iron.

Enjoy the view from the front deck while you cook a BBQ or breakfast on he gas BBQ or while preparing a meal in the kitchen or just sitting at the dinning table or in the lounge. It doesn’t get any more relaxing.

Take a 3 minute stroll to Coila beach or visit the patrolled beach or pick one of the smaller secluded beaches in between. Otherwise enjoy Tuross or Coila lakes for you pick of swimming, surfing, beachcombing, fishing, boating (boat hire available on Tuross Lake) or sailing, something for everybody.

In the evenings enjoy a meal at the premier restaurant, the Pickled Octopus overlooking the lake or the Red Box for a gourmet pizza or have meal at the Chinese restaurant, the Golf club or the Tavern. During the day sit at O’Briens Boat shed on the lake for great fish and chips or enjoy the best breakfast on the Sooth Coast at Seventh Wave at the shopping centre. This property sleeps up to 10 people with flexibilty for multiple families. The main bedroom has comfortable double bed and the adjoining second bedroom has a trio bed ie a double bed with a single above it. The rooms are on the top level and are serviced by an adjoining bathroom.

On the lower level is the third bedroom/rumpus room that has a trio bed ie a double bed with a single above it and a bunk bed. This room also contains two couches, a TV and VCR, ideal for the kids or a second family. There is an adjoining ensuite.

All bedding is provided, ie doonas, doona covers, pillows and spare blankets. Guests are required to bring their own pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels, bathmats, beach towels, hand towels.
