Holiday house

Located conveniently just 6 km's from Merimbula, you will find Sapphire Views. With views of the sparkling waters of Tura Beach and overlooking the golf course you will be wanting for nothing more.

Sapphire Views has one queen bedroom with ensuite, a double room and the 3rd room has 2 sets of bunks, both are serviced by a 2nd bathroom. There are 2 large living areas, one formal with leather couches and an enormous flat screen tv and the other has a fantastic circular lounge, which makes for a great conversation area or with the large table in the middle it is a clever games lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and quality accessories.

The solar heated pool out the back is overlooked by a large deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ. The rear yard is enclosed and the front yard has ample space for a boat or trailer.

This property is suited to the medium sized family or a smaller family with room for grandma and grandpa. Tura Beach now boasts its own woolies supermarket, bottle shop, bakery and newsagent all conveniently loacted within walking distance of this home. The Tura Beach Tavern is also a short walk so if a bistro meal and a few lazy drinks after a day on the go sounds like you then you can't pass up this property.
