4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (Sleeps 8)

Downstairs guest premises apartment includes luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests (in 4 bedrooms - king or king singles, queen, double, bunks), including 2 bathrooms with toilets, TV, VCR, Austar, stereo, telephone, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave). All bedrooms and living areas have views over the ocean. Linen is supplied, and infant furniture is available at no extra charge.

Extra person using mattress on floor (one only) $10 per night, dogs $15 per stay. Longer stays and return guests may attract a discount. In the low season stay 7 nights and pay for 6!!

Right outside your door, there is a solar heated swimming pool, barbeque facilities, and a childrens play area (separated from the pool area by child proof fencing), cubby house, climbing net, slide, springless trampoline and lawn area for games. There is ample storage for sports gear and off street guest car parking. We are pet friendly accommodation. The property is onsite managed and occupied above.

The apartment is located on one and a half acres of regenerating bush, adjacent to the Bournda National park. The pristine beach is just a 200m easy walk. All of this in a quiet area just 7 minutes from the centre of Merimbula.

Dolphin Cove accommodation is rated 4 stars by AAA Tourism, the organisation that manages the star rating system for Australia's motoring organisations (RACV, NRMA, RACQ etc).
