Holiday house

The Coast House at Mollymook is perfectly located within a 3 minute walk to Mollymook Beach & only 300m from the shops so you can leave the car in the garage. There are excellent views over the mountains and water.

This is a high demand holiday house with an extremely high satisfaction rating from those who have stayed. Guests love the location, comfort level of the house and the many extra's provided to make you feel as though you at your own home away from home.

The modern beach house has just been refurbished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living & dining area, large extra living area & Games Room downstairs (inc. ping pong, football table, bar with fridge, 2nd TV/DVD, pullout double bed, games & a 2nd shower/toilet), decks off the front & back offering splendid views and all the comforts you will need to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.

Mollymook is a fantastic holiday destination with easy access to all the amenities and entertainment you are after (beaches, cafes, dining, wineries, shopping, movies, bush walks, lakes...) in a quiet and peaceful area.
The Coast House at Mollymook has a great open, bright & breezy feeling, ensuring you will enjoy your stay. The large back deck is perfect for entertaining with a BBQ or relaxing and taking in the private views over the hills. The split levels make the house perfect for 2 families to share or for a group of adults. There is a secure backyard for privacy & kids to play. New appliances and furnishings throughout the house will ensure you are comfortable and taken care of on your holiday. DVDs & children's toys & books are also provided, as are a cot & high chair. Unlike most holiday homes, linen, bath & beach towels can be provided so you have the option to leave yours at home and relax from the moment you arrive. (not available late Dec/Jan)

We really enjoyed our escape and snuggled in for great days of game playing, relaxing and enjoying some fresh seafood.

Perfect for a family - the kids loved the games room and there were so many extra's included. We had a great time and definitely will return!

The deck on the back was excellent, we had many great nights out there taking in the view and enjoying the BBQ.

The house was in the perfect spot - so close the beach and quiet too.

Locality

A 3 minute walk to Mollymook Beach & 300m to the local shops make it an excellent location. Bannisters Restaurant is also just down the road. The house is on a quiet street so you can rest in peace, with privacy assured.

Property

Brand new furnishings and excellent spacious layout make it a wonderful retreat to have a holiday or short getaway in. Everything you will need is there for you with many thoughtful inclusions added.
