The house is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with two outdoor entertaining areas with a gas BBQ where you can enjoy a few relaxing drinks and feel right at home.

The large open plan house is designed to capture the light, breeze and views of Trinity Beach from every room. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every room. The downstairs entertaining area contains a heated spa to fully unwind. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The beautiful sandy beach is only 100 meters walk away with plenty of activities to become involved in or just relax under the tropical palm trees.

Situated only 15 minutes north of all the excitement of Cairns. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and transport.

Trinity Beach has a variety of Restaurants that offer range of cuisines from counter pub meals, Thai, Authentic Australian, Italian and numerous Cafe's.

Local Amenities: There is a local shopping centre within walking distance that has a Chemist, Doctors Surgery, Post Office, News Agency, Bakery, Supermarket and Bottle Shop.

Cairns Airport: Is 15km from Trinity on the Rocks.
The approximate costs of transport are:

Taxi from Cairns City Centre AUD $35.00

Sun Bus (A hail and ride system, with designated bus stops)AUD $5.00 per person. The bus stop is located at the bottom of street which is approx. 100m walking distance
