Intimate & extravagant, self contained open plan designed house and separate cottage with a New York sophisticated twist. One hour from Melbourne CBD and a short drive to Daylesford & Woodend approx. 15 minutes either way. Situated within walking distance to Trentham, Akyra is an outstanding modern brightly lit accommodation with a spacious and stylish alternative New York design. Akyra is placed among four distinct gardens including an enticing Japanese garden. Features include indoor wood fire. A unique delight that Akyra offers is the separate cottage accommodation providing additional privacy for group bookings. The cottage and features 2 decks and separate kitchen & bathroom. The cottage has been described as beautifully decorated and relaxing.

Located a few minutes to well known Trentham Falls. Close to many wineries & spa country. Treat yourself to a massage or facial or pamper yourself with a visit to Hepburn Springs. Many markets near by as well. There are lots of fishing areas for the fishing enthusiast. Horse riding nin the wombat forest is spectacular. Art galleries, fine dining, boutique shopping and antique shops, picnic parks, bushwalking, friendly local town and great for families.

The Trentham Golf Club features Immaculate fairways and ever consistent greens making playing this course a real pleasure. (A set of Golf clubs is provided by Akyra) The trendy Cosmopolitan Hotel where you can sit out back in the magical garden or newly renovated stables and relax over a glass of wine, while children roam around the spectacular garden paths. The Trentham bakery is also a delicious idea for breakfast. Your pet is welcome!
