13 Minutes from Mildura, with stunning riverfront access on a grassed and shaded bank.

The property is double brick with baltic pine as a feature throughout. The living areas and 2 of the bedrooms have full length windows that give excellent views of the Murray River. 3 of the bedrooms and the living areas are large.

Situated close to Mildura and all of the local attractions. The renowned Trentham Estate winery is 600m from the property.

This suits families or couples particularly those interested in the water sports available on the Murray River.
